Who are we?
Clover Avenue Booster, a 501c(3) parent run non-profit organization, represents the families of approximately 450 Clover Avenue Elementary students. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in West Los Angeles, Clover Avenue Elementary is the main home school for the UCLA graduate student family housing program making it one of the most diverse elementary schools not only in Los Angeles, but in the state of California. Our community speaks twenty-five different home languages.
Clover Avenue Elementary was recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education as a National Blue Ribbon School in 2012 and 2019, and has been recognized for overall academic excellence as well as making progress in closing achievement gaps amount student subgroups. We are not just dedicated to academics, our mission is to install kindness in our children and our community, and offer our students real life practice in working within the global society of tomorrow’s world today.
Your sponsorship donation would not only provide your business exposure to our entire school community and neighborhood, but it would also show your business’ commitment to your community and investment in these young citizens of tomorrow.
Why do we need your help?
LAUSD does not fund many of the basic programs and services– such as art, PE, teaching aides, and technology programs–that have been proven to ensure student success. Contributions from businesses bridge the gap between the education LAUSD has budgeted for and the education that all students deserve.
